Developed and delivered participative training on technical and managerial topics. Evaluated and coached trainers. Degreed mechanical engineer. First ten years of career mostly focused on energy conservation in US, Latin America, Middle East and Asia. Next 20 years of career concentrated on international development aid as trainer, educator, appropriate technologist and administrator in Middle East, Asia and South America.

Seeing a student or participant grasp and become comfortable with a skill gives me pleasure.

Was ist mir wichtig? Was möchte ich in meinen Kursen vermitteln?
I would like to see my participants handle the English language fluently and confidently. I think that the participants should speak and be in charge of their learning, and that my role be that of coaching and providing feedback as appropriate.
